Chief Customer Officer
Michelle Punch is the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at Forcepoint. As Forcepoint CCO, Punch is responsible for driving innovation across customer experience and success in support of the company’s global strategy to accelerate enterprise adoption of a modern approach to security built on the emerging Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architecture.
She also serves as the global leader for enhancing the company’s best-in-class customer journey through people, process and technology throughout the customer lifecycle spanning product enablement, training, onboarding, implementation, and support. Since joining Forcepoint in 2018, Punch has been instrumental in increasing customer satisfaction to 97% and growing.
