Lisa Schreiber is the Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO) at Forcepoint. As Forcepoint CCSO, Schreiber is responsible for Forcepoint’s global customer capabilities, overall customer experience from acquisition to retention, as well as sustainable growth of the global portfolio.
A global technology and customer success leader, Schreiber brings over two decades of experience in delivering improved customer satisfaction and sustainable growth for Fortune 500 and high-growth start-up enterprise software companies. Schreiber is recognized as a champion of delivering a world-class customer experience through a unique 360-degree lens as both a technology acquisition decision-maker and business leader to create strategy that leads to increased customer satisfaction and sales.
Prior to Forcepoint, Schreiber served as Vice President of North America customer success and support services for Oracle Corporation, leading customer success for the 200 largest enterprise customers. Schreiber has also held executive positions at GoldenGate Software, Inc., Schwab, U.S. Trust Corporation, and Apple, among others.
Schreiber serves on the Board of Visitors for the University of Pittsburgh School of Compute and Information and regularly speaks at the high school and college level on the importance of STEM careers.
Schreiber earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
