Michelle Punch is the Chief Customer Officer (CCO) at Forcepoint. As Forcepoint CCO, Punch is responsible for driving innovation across customer experience and success in support of the company’s global strategy to accelerate enterprise adoption of a modern approach to security built on the emerging Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architecture.
She also serves as the global leader for enhancing the company’s best-in-class customer journey through people, process and technology throughout the customer lifecycle spanning product enablement, training, onboarding, implementation, and support. Since joining Forcepoint in 2018, Punch has been instrumental in increasing customer satisfaction to 97% and growing.
Punch brings nearly 20 years in customer success, enterprise support, digital experience and operations leadership to her role as Chief Customer Officer. Prior to Forcepoint she served as Global Director for Enterprise Technical Support and Call Center Operations at Dell, ranked the number four technology company on the 2020 Fortune 500 list. She is an accomplished customer-focused leader adept at strategically aligning technology and product support with corporate mission to consistently deliver against revenue targets and drive global business growth. And she has deep experience in successfully scaling programs and teams to accelerate customer time-to-value, and to grow adoption and return on investment.
Punch is an active supporter of industry improvement through affiliation with TSIA, TSANet, and Services Consortium.
Originally from Ireland, Punch now resides in Austin, Texas. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science from University College Cork in Ireland and a Master’s of Business Administration from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
