Now Available: Forcepoint eLearning Training
Looking for more cost-effective and flexible training options? Forcepoint now offers self-paced Administrator training via eLearning. These computer-based eLearning courses cover system architecture, policy creation, incident management, reporting, maintenance and health assessment of the Forcepoint Security system. Training Policies for Virtual Courses
Registration Policy: Students must enroll in a class within 90 days of their purchase date. Exceptions will be granted if no class is available during the student’s local business hours.
Attendance Policy: It is the student's responsibility to attend all class sessions. Forcepoint is under no obligation to repeat / re-teach missed course content.
Forcepoint Cancellations: Forcepoint reserves the right to postpone, cancel, change instructors or change the location of a training event due to reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient enrollment, instructor illness or force-majeure. Forcepoint will endeavor tomake such changes at least 10 business days prior to the start of the training event. Forcepoint will notify registered students as soon as any such change occurs.
Student Cancellations: Student cancellation requests received 4 or more business days prior to event maybe eligible for transfer to another class (same product) within six months of cancellation. If not used within 6 months, the student forfeits the funds. Requests received less than 4 business days prior to event or “no shows” willnot be eligible for refund or transfer to another class. If a medical emergency arises, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
Refunds: There are no refunds. Cancellations received less than 4 business days prior the event will not be rescheduled or refunded. If an error was made during the purchase process, a training coordinator will work with the customer to correct the error and provide access to the correct course.
