Boston-area event featured on CNBC in partnership with The Aspen Institute
Forcepoint participated in the second annual Cambridge Cyber Summit this week in Boston, an event convened by The Aspen Institute and CNBC. This unique one-day summit, featuring panels with technology leaders, CEOs, and government officials, focuses on the latest in cybersecurity, with a particular focus on how the public and private sectors can work together to safeguard our economic, financial, and government assets, while also maintaining convenience and protecting privacy.
During the event’s “Power Lunch,” CEO Matt Moynahan sat down with Tyler Mathisen of CNBC for an on-air interview on challenges faced by today’s cybersecurity model, what should be done to combat future attacks, and how to protect personal data.
In the afternoon, Moynahan was joined by Uber CISO John Flynn and former Deputy Under Secretary for Cybersecurity and Communications, Department of Homeland Security Phyllis Schneck for a panel discussion entitled “Smart(er) Connections: Building a Safer Internet of Things.”
