Joseph Monteil
Senior Vice President of Product Development, Federal Division
Joseph Monteil serves as senior vice president of product development for Forcepoint™’s Federal division. He has more than three decades of technology industry experience in a variety of technical and executive management positions for venture-backed start-ups, large enterprise companies and non-profits. Prior to joining Raytheon, he served as the CIO for PayPros, the industry leader in integrated payments. That company had net profits increasing more than 24% annually during his six years there, ultimately selling for $420 million.
Prior to that, he held multiple executive level positions as CIO for EduCap Inc., a leading online financial services company; as senior vice president of R&D for Managed Objects, the first company to introduce the concept of business services management; as vice president of technical operations for CareerBuilder; and as a senior manager at KPMG.
Monteil holds an MIS degree from Orange Coast College.
