Forcepoint recognized by Gartner® as a Visionary in first-ever Magic Quadrant™ for Security Service Edge (SSE)
Gartner has named Forcepoint a Visionary its inaugural Magic Quadrant for Security Service Edge (SSE), which encompasses the security elements of its SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) architecture. We are pleased that our unified SSE security-as-a-service, labeled “Forcepoint (Bitglass)” in the graphic and in the report, was recognized as a Visionary.
Our SSE solution brings together the cloud-native platform developed by Bitglass (which joined the Forcepoint family in October 2021) with our latest advanced threat protection and data security technologies (which are mentioned separately in the report). This unified approach provides a better, simpler way to give remote and hybrid workforces safe access to the web, cloud, and private applications while keeping attackers out and sensitive data in—all managed from a single console. We’ll be saying a lot more about our new SSE service shortly.
We believe SSE is going to fundamentally improve how security is done and are honored to be called a Visionary. We created Forcepoint to bring a new approach to the security industry—to help customers to break free from the endless cycle of throwing billions of dollars at threat after threat without really feeling any safer.
