Guy Filippelli

Guy Filippelli is vice president of Forcepoint’s User and Data Security solutions. He has more than 15 years of experience building software teams to solve some of the world’s most challenging data and integration problems.

Most recently, he served as founder and CEO of RedOwl, a behavior analytics company that won RSA’s 2014 Innovation Sandbox contest, acquired by Forcepoint in August 2017. He began his career as a US Army intelligence officer and is the 2007 recipient of the National Intelligence Medallion for his work in analytics.

Guy holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in philosophy, politics, and economics from Oxford University, where he studied as a Marshall Scholar.
